维护劳动者权益是实现企业乃至整个社会可持续发展的保证。在我国经济社会发展的战略机遇期,基于劳资关系而产生的矛盾正成为诸多社会矛盾的主体。依据马克思从资本批判向度提出的劳动报酬的合理结构、劳动者权益的基本内容,企业应该对劳动者获得合理工资报酬、劳动安全保障和全面发展承担社会责任。为此,政府必须平衡经济发展和社会进步各目标之间的关系,为实现企业与劳动者的共同发展创造良好的制度环境。
Maintaining the rights and interests of laborers is the guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises and the society as a whole. During the strategic period of economic and social development in our country, the contradictions arising from the labor-capital relations are becoming the main body of many social contradictions. According to the rational structure of labor remuneration proposed by Marx from the angle of capital criticism and the basic content of laborers ’rights and interests, the enterprise should assume social responsibility for workers’ access to reasonable remuneration, labor security and overall development. To this end, the government must balance the relations between economic development and social progress, and create a favorable institutional environment for the common development of enterprises and workers.
