[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时检测10%氟酰脲·联苯菊酯悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,在210 nm波长下同时检测试样中氟酰脲和联苯菊酯的含量。[结果]氟酰脲、联苯菊酯的线性相关系数分别为1.0000、0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.015、0.016,变异系数分别为0.32%、0.35%,平均回收率分别为99.86%、99.70%。[结论]该方法快速、简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可同时检测氟酰脲和联苯菊酯含量。 [Objective] To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 10% flufenoxazole · bifenthrin in the active ingredient analysis. [Method] The contents of flurandir and bifenthrin in the sample were detected simultaneously at 210 nm with ZORBAX SB-C_ (18) column and diode array detector using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients of flurandir and bifenthrin were 1.0000 and 0.9997 respectively. The standard deviations were 0.015 and 0.016, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.32% and 0.35%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.86% and 99.70% respectively. [Conclusion] The method was rapid, simple and convenient for separation, with high precision and accuracy. The contents of both flufenoxuron and bifenthrin could be detected simultaneously.
