In recent years, due to the changes in the international energy pattern, new changes have taken place in the reform. New trends such as mergers and acquisitions, building a large market and a low-carbon energy mechanism have emerged. The accumulated lessons learned from the reform and the latest progress are of great significance to our country which is continuing to deepen and perfect the reform of the electric power system.
