目的 :研究MCI -1 54对失血性休克大鼠肝脏组织血流量和生化指标的影响。方法 :利用大鼠失血性休克模型 ,设立MCI-1 54治疗组和生理盐水对照组 ,测定肝脏组织血流量以及肝脏组织提取液和线粒体悬液的生化指标。结果 :MCI-1 54治疗后肝脏组织血流量和H+-ATP酶的活性显著高于相应的盐水对照组 ,组织提取液中ALT、LDH、β-G、MDA以及线粒体内钙含量等指标显著低于相应的盐水对照组 ,结论 :MCI-1 54可显著增加大鼠肝脏组织血流量 ,减轻肝细胞损伤程度 ,延缓线粒体内钙超载进程 ,保护H+-ATP酶的活性 ,对失血性休克大鼠肝脏功能具有显著的保护作用 Objective: To study the effect of MCI-54 on blood flow and biochemical indexes of liver in hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods: The model of hemorrhagic shock in rats was established. MCI-1 54 treatment group and saline control group were established. The blood flow of liver tissue and the biochemical indexes of liver tissue extract and mitochondrial suspension were determined. Results: The hepatic blood flow and H + -ATPase activity of MCI-1 54 group were significantly higher than those of corresponding saline control group. The indexes of ALT, LDH, β-G, MDA and mitochondrial calcium content in tissue extracts were significantly lower In the corresponding saline control group, the conclusion: MCI-1 54 can significantly increase the blood flow in rat liver tissue, reduce the degree of liver cell damage, delay the mitochondrial calcium overload process, protect the activity of H + -ATPase, hemorrhagic shock rats Liver function has a significant protective effect
