探讨了螺旋藻在乳品厂污水中生长的生态条件及藻对污水中营养盐及有机质的去除效率。结果表明,低接种密度有利于藻的增殖。乳品厂污水需要经过一定的前处理。添加碳酸钠(Na2CO3)调节pH值并且适量添加尿素(CO(NH2)2)调节氮、磷比,最佳pH值为10.60,最佳氮、磷比为21:1。在此条件下螺旋藻的蛋白质含量可达67.35%。污水中COD、PO4-P、T-P、T-N及NH4-N的去除率分别达到54.83%、100%、 76.06%、 76.42%、 92.49%。
The ecological conditions for spirulina to grow in the sewage of dairy plant and the removal efficiency of nutrients and organic matter from the algae in sewage were discussed. The results showed that low inoculum density is conducive to the proliferation of algae. Dairy plant wastewater needs to undergo a certain pre-treatment. Addition of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) to adjust the pH value and add appropriate amount of urea (CO (NH2) 2) adjust the nitrogen and phosphorus ratio, the optimal pH value is 10.60, the best nitrogen and phosphorus ratio is 21: 1. Spirulina protein content in this condition up to 67.35%. The removal rates of COD, PO4-P, T-P, T-N and NH4-N in wastewater were 54.83%, 100%, 76.06%, 76.42% and 92.49% respectively.
