将样品、鲎试剂以及显色基质按一定条件孵育、释放的对硝基苯胺(PNA)用分光光度计在386nm处可定量地测定输液样品中0.031~0.5ng/ml的细菌内毒素,相关系数r=0.9990,内毒素回收率分别为93.4、99.3、96.8%。此法为研究热原的分布和控制输液中细菌内毒素含量提供了简便易行的定量方法。
Nitrobenzidine (PNA) released from the sample, reagent and chromogenic substrate were incubated under certain conditions. Bacterial endotoxin of 0.031-0.5 ng / ml in the transfusion sample was quantified spectrophotometrically at 386 nm with a correlation coefficient r = 0.9990, the recoveries of endotoxin were 93.4, 99.3, 96.8% respectively. This method provides a simple and convenient quantitative method for studying the distribution of pyrogens and controlling bacterial endotoxin content in transfusion.
