[目的]探讨轮叶党参多糖的抗肿瘤作用.[方法]按标准方法给 50只小鼠接种S180肉瘤细胞 后,随机分成 4组:①对照组:每天灌胃蒸馏水 10 mL/kg;②实验 1组:每天灌胃轮叶党参多糖 0.5 g/kg; ③实验 2组:每天灌胃轮叶党参多糖 1g/kg;④实验 3组:每天灌胃轮叶党参多糖 2 g/kg.连续 10d后,观 察瘤重及体重.[结果]0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg的轮叶党参多糖对 S180。肉瘤生长抑制率分别为 15%,35%及 54%,中剂量和高剂量的抑制率高于对照组.高剂量组的体重下降幅度低于对照组.[结论]轮叶党参多 糖对小鼠S180肉瘤有抑制作用.
[Objective] To study the anti-tumor effect of Codonopsis Pilosula polysaccharide. [Methods] 50 mice were inoculated with S180 sarcoma cells according to the standard method and were randomly divided into 4 groups: 1 control group: distilled water 10 mL/kg per day; 2 group 1: daily administration of Codonopsis lanceolata polysaccharide 0.5 g/kg; 3 experiment 2 groups: daily gavage of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide 1g/kg; 4 experiment 3 groups: daily gavage codonopsis lanceolata polysaccharide 2 g/kg. After 10 days in succession, the tumor weight and body weight were observed. [Results] 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 g/kg of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide on S180. The inhibition rate of sarcoma growth was 15%, 35% and 54%, respectively. The inhibition rates of medium and high doses were higher than those of the control group. The weight loss of the high-dose group was lower than that of the control group. [Conclusion] Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide inhibited S180 sarcoma in mice.
