为了研究掘进顺序对充填巷采煤柱稳定性的影响,以济宁三号煤矿十八采区矸石充填巷采工程为背景,根据掘进巷道时邻近巷道的充填数目建立了3种数值计算方案,应用FLAC2D平台综合分析了3种方案巷道围岩应力、变形、破坏规律及流变特性,得到了巷道围岩垂直应力峰值、剪应力峰值、顶板下沉量及两帮移近量随煤柱宽度的变化规律,和巷道顶板下沉量及两帮移近量随时间的变化规律,可为充填巷采工程设计和研究提供参考。
In order to study the effect of driving sequence on the stability of coal pillar in filling lane, taking the waste coal filling roadway construction in Shiban mining area of Jining No.3 coal mine as the background, three numerical calculation schemes were established according to the number of adjacent roadway filling in the driving tunnel. FLAC2D platform comprehensively analyzed the surrounding rock stress, deformation, failure rules and rheological properties of the three kinds of schemes, and obtained the vertical stress peak value, the peak shear stress, the roof subsidence amount and the two approaches of the surrounding rock mass with the coal pillar width The law of change and the law of the subsidence of the roadway roof as well as the variation of the amount of the two approaches moving with time can provide references for the design and study of filling roadway engineering.
