针对下花园发电厂 3号炉的再热器热段超温、爆管问题 ,在充分调研的基础上 ,采用不同的锅炉热力计算标准 ,对不同煤种进行了校核性热力计算、燃烧过程三维数值计算、再热器壁温计算 ,并对再热器超温、爆管的原因作了全面而详尽的分析。根据实际情况提出了改进建议 ,不但具有重要的工程实用价值 ,还具有一定的理论意义
In view of the overheating and detonation problems of the reheater section of No.3 furnace in Xiahuanyuan Power Plant, on the basis of full investigation and research, different calculation standards of thermal calculation of boilers were adopted. The thermodynamic calculation and combustion process of different kinds of coal were carried out. Three-dimensional numerical calculation, reheater wall temperature calculation, and overheating reheater, the reason for the tube burst made a comprehensive and detailed analysis. According to the actual situation of the proposed improvements, not only has important practical value, but also has some theoretical significance
