研究了烤烟品种云烟97采收成熟度对烤后烟叶质量的影响,为凉山烟区推广该品种提供适宜采收成熟度参考。以打顶后时间设置3个采收成熟度处理,对比分析了采收成熟度对烤后烟叶外观质量、经济性状、常规化学成分和感官质量的影响。结果表明:凉山烟区云烟97品种适宜的采收成熟度为:下部叶,烟叶打顶后7 d左右,叶面浅绿色,面积占全叶50%,主脉1/3变白;中部叶,烟叶打顶后21 d左右,叶面浅黄色,面积占全叶80%,主脉2/3变白;上部叶,打顶后42 d左右,叶面黄色明显,面积占全叶90%,主脉基本变白。 The effects of harvest maturity of Yunyan 97 on the quality of roasted tobacco leaves were studied, and a reference was made to promote the maturity of the cultivars in Liangshan tobacco area.
