研究了烤烟品种云烟97采收成熟度对烤后烟叶质量的影响,为凉山烟区推广该品种提供适宜采收成熟度参考。以打顶后时间设置3个采收成熟度处理,对比分析了采收成熟度对烤后烟叶外观质量、经济性状、常规化学成分和感官质量的影响。结果表明:凉山烟区云烟97品种适宜的采收成熟度为:下部叶,烟叶打顶后7 d左右,叶面浅绿色,面积占全叶50%,主脉1/3变白;中部叶,烟叶打顶后21 d左右,叶面浅黄色,面积占全叶80%,主脉2/3变白;上部叶,打顶后42 d左右,叶面黄色明显,面积占全叶90%,主脉基本变白。
The effects of harvest maturity of Yunyan 97 on the quality of roasted tobacco leaves were studied, and a reference was made to promote the maturity of the cultivars in Liangshan tobacco area. Three harvest maturity treatments were set up after the topping time. The effects of harvest maturity on appearance quality, economic traits, chemical components and sensory quality of cured tobacco were compared. The results showed that the suitable harvest maturity of Yunyan 97 was as follows: the lower leaves and the leaves were about 7 days after the top leaves were floured, the leaves were light green with the area accounting for 50% of the whole leaves and the main veins 1/3 whitened; the middle leaves , About 21 d after the top of the tobacco leaves, light yellow leaves, the area accounted for 80% of the whole leaf, the main vein 2/3 white; upper leaves, after about 42 d after the top, the yellow leaves obviously, the area accounted for 90% , The main vein whiten.
