病理诊断被视为诊断的金标准,病理HE染色技术是影响病理诊断准确性的重要因素之一~([1,2])。随着临床样本量的逐年增高,染色技术逐渐从手工走向自动化,目前全自动染色平台主要分为浸染式和滴染式两种~([3])。本研究把2000张不同组织来源的切片均分为两组,分别通过两种染色平台染色后,镜下评分、收集数据,比较两种染色平台之间的差异。1材料与方法1.1材料选取解放军总医院2016-12—2017-01间病理活
Pathological diagnosis is regarded as the gold standard for diagnosis, and pathological HE staining is one of the important factors affecting the accuracy of pathological diagnosis ([1,2]). With the clinical sample volume increased year by year, dyeing technology gradually from manual to automation, the current automatic dyeing platform is mainly divided into two types of dye and drip dripping ([3]). In the present study, 2000 sections from different tissue sources were divided into two groups.
