针对植物病原微生物操作性实验的特点和目前传统实验教学中存在的不足,以植物病理学大实验为例,通过实施项目教学法,围绕以工作任务开发课程,以岗位操作技能为核心,以业务流程为主线划分为若干教学项目,以工作任务为中心实现理论与实践的一体化和团队式的分组实验教学。其对深化实验教学改革,提高实验教学质量,培养学生实践能力、工作能力和创新能力具有重要的参考价值。
