特大型连续服务供应商的顾客细分与新顾客归类判别研究

本项研究针对特大型连续服务供应商的新顾客归类问题出发,利用原有的顾客用气负荷量的时间序列数据,根据时间序列数据之间关联性,揭示这些时间序列的频率特征,或称频率域分析,亦即谱分析。由谱分析得到诸多描述天然气消费特征的独特变量,如,频率、周期、相位等等技术指标,根据这些指标描述天然气消费的多方面特征,再利用因子分析将这些指标筛选、清洗得到若干个具有影响力指标,第三步利用分层聚类分析将经过筛选后的指标来做聚类分析,得到若干顾客群组,这些顾客群组数据特征可以反映顾客使用天然气消费特征,并且区分开来,在下一步就是依据聚类分析形成的聚类变量,来构建逐步判别模型,进而得到判别函数方程。利用方程可以来识别新天然气顾客消费特征,可以分配在哪一组。令人感到惊讶的是,顾客用气波动性指标在因子分析与逐步判别分析中均占据主要位置,超过其它谱分析指标和天然气业务指标。该现象说明该公司的顾客用气波动性是该公司首先要面对的问题。通过对该公司天然气新顾客分类将有利于顾客服务的设计与改善,增进顾客对天然气供应商服务的满意。 This study aims at the classification of new customers of super-large continuous service providers. Based on the original time-series data of customer air-load, the frequency characteristics of these time series are revealed based on the correlation between the time-series data or Said frequency domain analysis, that is, spectral analysis. From the spectrum analysis, we can get a lot of unique variables that describe natural gas consumption characteristics, such as frequency, period, phase and so on. According to these indicators, we can describe various aspects of natural gas consumption. Then we use factor analysis to screen these indicators, Influence indicators, the third step using hierarchical clustering analysis of the indicators after the screening do clustering analysis to obtain a number of customer groups, these customer group data characteristics can reflect the consumer use of natural gas consumption characteristics, and distinguish, The next step is to build a discriminant model based on the cluster variables formed by cluster analysis. Equations can be used to identify which group of consumer characteristics of new natural gas consumers can be assigned. Surprisingly, the index of customer gas volatility occupies the main position in factor analysis and stepwise discriminant analysis, surpassing other spectral analysis indicators and natural gas business indicators. This phenomenon shows that the company’s customer gas volatility is the company’s first problem to be faced. By classifying the company’s new gas customers, it will be beneficial to the design and improvement of customer service and to enhance customer satisfaction with gas supplier services.
