为了节约工程投资,我厂在产能建设中优化、简化集油工艺,逐步采用了单管集油流程、树状、环状集油流程,并逐年扩大应用规模。为了保证油田生产的稳定及效益,采取科学有效的集油流程显得尤为重要,油田在产能建设和老区改造中多采用“两就近”、单管环状流程等简化集油工艺,降低投资及建设规模。随着环状、树状、单管等集油流程的推广,生产运行出现了一些问题。主要是集输工艺参数的变化使设计管径、掺水量、掺水温度等都有所下降,从而使集油管网摩阻比常规的双管集油流程要大,导致井口回压较原双管集油流程略高。
