从激励方式看企业员工的流失现象

在人口流动藩篱逐渐打破,人口流动的自由度日益提高的今天,由于人的逐利本性,企业一旦激励不足,就会发生员工的流失现象,弱势企业尤甚。企业的发展离不开人才的支撑,在市场竞争激烈的今天,员工的流失,尤其是优秀员工的流失,必然会导致企业的衰败。因此,构建有效的激励机制,吸引和留住员工,尤其是企业精英,是企业增强市场竞争力、维持繁荣兴旺的关键。 As the barrier of population flow gradually breaks down and the freedom of population flow increases day by day, due to the nature of man’s self-interest, employees lose their business once the incentive is not enough, especially for the under-privileged enterprises. The development of enterprises can not be separated from the support of talented people. In today’s fierce market competition, the loss of employees, especially the loss of outstanding employees, will inevitably lead to the decline of enterprises. Therefore, building an effective incentive mechanism to attract and retain employees, especially the business elite, is the key for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness and maintain their prosperity.
