子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是与免疫相关的慢性炎症性疾病。腹腔内异位内膜的黏着、侵袭、血管形成是EMs发生发展的基本环节。近年研究发现,瘦素作为人体内重要的激素和效应因子,具有改变腹腔微环境、促进子宫内膜基质细胞增生、调节基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物比例、参与新生血管形成及抑制凋亡等功能。EMs时异常表达的瘦素系统在上述各环节中起着重要的调节作用,与EMs的发生发展密切相关。就瘦素在EMs中的多重调节效应进行综述。
Endometriosis (EMs) is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with immunity. Abdominal endometriosis adhesion, invasion, angiogenesis is the basic part of the development of EMs. In recent years, studies have found that leptin as an important hormone and effector in the human body has the function of altering the peritoneal microenvironment, promoting the proliferation of endometrial stromal cells, regulating the ratio of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors, participating in angiogenesis and inhibiting apoptosis . The leptin system, which is abnormally expressed in EMs, plays an important regulatory role in all the above stages and is closely related to the occurrence and development of EMs. The multiple regulatory effects of leptin in EMs were reviewed.
