剖腹产术后子宫切口裂开致产后晚期出血较罕见,但其危险性很大,自1953年至1983年国内外其报导29例。此二例为我院30年来仅有的二例,现报告如下: 例1 付××,27岁,住院号:204950。以剖腹产术后47天,阴道流血一小时而于1984年4月10日23时急诊入院。患者曾在我院做低颈式剖腹产,术后七天拆线,刀口Ⅰ期愈合出院。于入院前一小时 Uterine incision cleft after caesarean section postpartum hemorrhage is rare, but the risk is very high, from 1953 to 1983, 29 cases were reported at home and abroad.
