采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定清炒枇杷叶中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb 9种金属元素的含量。结果表明,9种元素的质量浓度在一定范围内均与其峰面积呈线性关系。该法用于清炒枇杷叶样品分析,9种元素测定值的相对标准偏差均小于3%(n=6),标准加入法测得9种元素回收率在95.7%—105.0%之间。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定清炒枇杷叶中9种元素稳定性好,结果准确可靠。
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was used to determine the contents of 9 metal elements (Fe, Cu, Mg, Ca, Mn, Zn, Ni, Cr and Pb) in loquat leaves. The results showed that the mass concentration of nine kinds of elements in a certain range with its peak area was linear. The method was applied to the analysis of loquat leaf samples. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the nine elements were less than 3% (n = 6). The recoveries of nine elements were 95.7% -105.0% by standard addition method. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of fried loquat leaf 9 kinds of elements of good stability, the results are accurate and reliable.
