去年,由于陶二矿生产衔接不上、没有一个正规采面、电力生产设备自身缺陷影响等原因,一季度该矿仅完成原煤生产114500吨、发电量3421万kWh、全矿亏损797万元,这与该矿年初职代会确定的全年实现原煤产量75万吨、发电量15000万kWh、实现利润500万元的整体目标相差甚远。而同属邯郸局的云驾岭矿、陶一矿则呈现出强劲盈利势头,两矿一季度分别盈利1073万元和1217万元。这一现状使陶二矿的部分干部职工产生了畏难思想,情绪低落、工作消沉。针对这种情况,为了解职工群众的思想现状,更好地做好职工队伍的稳定工作,陶二矿工会组织开展了“职代会”精神落实情况的职工调查活动。本次调查共发给职工调查问卷250份,回收有效问卷249份,涉及16个单位,调查内容涵盖了陶二矿头一年完成的主要生产经营指标、管理改革、现在企业的重点任务和职工群众的当前心态等内容。
