众所周知,企业绩效管理(BPM),主要针对一致的,可识别的KPI(关键绩效指标),对业务绩效进行衡量和分析.以支持业务绩效的管理(IDC定义)。由此可以看出,企业绩效管理首先是一个跨业务的、多种业务交互作用的综合管理;其次必须要有统一的,可测量的指标,这是基准;第三需要对测量结果进行分析,找出问题。目的是进行业务改进,以支持战略实施。上海贝尔阿尔卡特股份有限公司于2003年引入卓越绩效管理模式。其中的“测量、分析与改进”是整个卓越绩效模式的运作基础,只有建立完整的绩效测评体系,才能更有效地进行标杆对比,引导公司业绩的持续改进。因此,基于测量、分析和改进的要求,公司建立了Aries项目。Aries
