壳体基础具有很好的隔振性能,而且与传统的隔振基础相比节省了大力的费用,对防治振动公害具有重要意义.本文介绍了壳体基础的设计计算方法;详述了CJ83-2.5型2.5T.M液压模锻锤壳体基础的主要设计过程;给出了有关计算及测试结果.并对壳体基础的减振原因进行了测量分析.这种壳体基础已经过实践考验,工作状况良好.
