对于传统媒体转型的核心是什么,业内人士见仁见智,有人说是报网融合,有人说是技术支持,有人说是产品理念。这些或许都有道理,但都未触及实质。在我的认识里,转型的核心是思维——用户思维。在传统媒体里,用户的概念是不存在的,读者、听众、观众统称为“受众”。用户的概念来自互联网,特别是在移动互联网成为传播主阵地的今天,这个概念被进一步强化。
