主要研究新鲜芒果在1-mcp与壳聚糖复合涂抹情况下的保鲜效果。实验通过改变芒果的储存环境,灵活调节壳聚糖以及1-MC复合物水平,通过测量芒果的失重率、呼吸强度等数据变化进行研究。
The main study of fresh mango 1-mcp and chitosan compound smear preservation effect. By changing the storage environment of mango, the experiment flexibly adjusts the level of chitosan and 1-MC complex, and studies the changes of mango weightlessness and respiration rate.
