青年教师作为高职院校教学工作的主体,他们教学水平的高低直接关系到院校的教育质量优劣。所以,要想提高教育水平,培养高质量的人才,学校必须努力加强对青年教师能力的培养,积极提升青年教师的综合素质。本文通过分析提升高职院校青年教师综合素质的必要性,提出了几点提升高职院校青年教师综合素质的措施。 As the main body of teaching work in higher vocational colleges, young teachers are directly related to the quality of education in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to raise the level of education and cultivate high-quality talents, schools must strive to strengthen the cultivation of young teachers’ abilities and actively promote the overall quality of young teachers. By analyzing the necessity of improving the overall quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the overall quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
