目的 :通过 Dot- ELISA对感染不同数量和不同毒力弓形虫家兔血清的特异性 Ig G进行动态观察。方法 :4组实验动物分别经腹腔接种强毒 RH株速殖子 (1 0 4 /只和 1 0 2 /只 )和中等毒力 PP株速殖子 (1 0 6/只和 1 0 4 /只 )。结果 :感染不同数量弓形虫的宿主血清特异性 Ig G动态无明显差异 ,而不同毒力的虫株对宿主血清特异性 Ig G动态影响不同。结论 :弓形虫虫株的感染量对血清特异性 Ig G动态的影响甚小 ,虫株毒力可引起血清特异性 Ig G动态的差异
OBJECTIVE: To observe the specific Ig G of rabbits infected with Toxoplasma gondii with different doses and different virulence by Dot-ELISA. Methods: Four groups of experimental animals were inoculated intraperitoneally with tachyzoites (104 / only and 102 / t) and moderately virulent strains of tachyzoites (106/104 and 104 / only). RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the serum specific Ig G levels of hosts infected with different doses of Toxoplasma gondii but different virulence strains had different effects on the serum specific Ig G. CONCLUSION: Toxoplasma gondii infection has little effect on the serum-specific Ig G dynamics, and the virulence of the strain can cause a difference in the serum-specific Ig G dynamics
