“First employment, then career choice”, or “first choice, re-employment”, which is placed in front of every student face employment dilemma. With the gradual increase in employment pressure, “employment” has become the primary consideration for most graduates when they apply for jobs. Being able to find a place to go to work first and to support themselves first has become the first goal that most graduates enter into society . Although the pressure of “employment” far outweighs that of “career choice,” most students are still very cautious in choosing their first job and have been balancing their relationship. From the author’s hiring and personal experience in the past five years, it seems that the first job is crucial to personal career development. The first job a college student chooses will have a huge impact on his career.
