目的:观察当归芍药颗粒对动物子宫和血液流变性的影响及其抗炎镇痛作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法:采用大鼠离体子宫、大鼠和小鼠模拟痛经观察其对子宫的影响;用“血瘀证”模型大鼠观察其对血液流变性的影响;用大鼠足趾肿胀和小鼠耳廓肿胀模型观察其抗炎作用。结果:当归芍药颗粒明显抑制离体大鼠子宫的自发收缩和催产素所致子宫活动的增强,可显著抑制催产素诱发小鼠的模拟痛经和PGF2α诱发大鼠的模拟痛经,明显降低“血瘀证”模型大鼠全血低和高切变速率下的黏度、血浆纤维蛋白黏度及红细胞压积,能抑制大鼠足趾和小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:本品具有较强的解痉镇痛、消炎和活血化瘀作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Danggui Shaoyao Granule on the uterus and blood rheology of animals and its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and provide basis for clinical application. Methods: The effect of uterus in the rat uterus, rat and mouse simulated dysmenorrhea was observed; the effect of hepatic rheology was observed in rats with “blood stasis syndrome”; the rat’s toe swelling and mice were used. The ear swelling model was used to observe its anti-inflammatory effects. RESULTS: Danggui Shaoyao granules significantly inhibited the spontaneous contraction of isolated rat uterus and the increase of uterine activity induced by oxytocin, which can significantly inhibit the simulated dysmenorrhea induced by oxytocin and the simulated dysmenorrhea induced by PGF2α in rats, and significantly reduced blood stasis. The viscosity, plasma fibrin viscosity, and hematocrit of whole rat models with low blood and high shear rates can inhibit the swelling of the auricles of the toes and mice in rats. Conclusion: This product has a strong antispasmodic analgesic, anti-inflammatory and blood circulation.
