The clinical features of dissociative disorder are complex. Therefore, patients tend to be misdiagnosed when bipolar disorder coexists with dissociative disorder. This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics of a patient of bipolar disorder comorbid with dissociation disorder. Literature review of this case report was also conducted.
