为建立一种操作简单、病变典型且稳定性好的大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎 (ANP)模型 ,将大鼠腹腔内分次注射大剂量L 精氨酸 ( 2× 2 .5mg/g) ,注射后 1 2、2 4、4 8、72h检测其血清淀粉酶、胰腺病理变化及胰腺组织湿 /干质量比率的变化等。结果 :分次注射大剂量L 精氨酸后 ,血清淀粉酶升高 ,胰腺变性坏死 ,胰腺组织湿 /干质量比率增高。提示 :腹腔内分次注射大剂量L 精氨酸诱发的大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎模型操作简单、可重复性好
In order to establish a rat model of acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) with simple operation, typical lesions and good stability, intraperitoneal injection of large doses of L-arginine (2 × 2.5 mg / g) At 1, 2, 2, 4, 8, 8 and 72 hours after injection, changes of serum amylase, pathological changes of pancreas and ratio of wet / dry mass of pancreas were observed. Results: After high-dose L-arginine injection, serum amylase increased, pancreas degeneration and necrosis, and pancreatic tissue wet / dry mass ratio increased. Tip: intraperitoneal injection of large doses of L-arginine induced acute necrotizing pancreatitis model is simple and reproducible
