Objective To investigate the response of inflammatory cytokines (IL 12P70, IL 1β, TNFα, IL 6, IL 8) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL 10) in the pathogenesis of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) Its clinical significance. Methods A total of 47 SARS patients in a series of age groups were divided into two groups: the cured group (n = 27), the death group (n = 20) and the normal control group (n = 10) Cytometricbeadarray) method for the above six kinds of cytokines were analyzed and detected using statistical analysis software SPSS10 .0 for statistical analysis. Results The inflammatory factors (IL 12P70, IL 1β, TNFα, IL 6, IL 8) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL 10) in all 47 patients were significantly higher than those in the normal controls (P 0.05) . The levels of IL 12P70, IL 1β, TNFα, IL 6, IL 8 and IL 10 in the death group were significantly higher than those in the cured group (P <0.05). For the healing group, IL 6 peaked at 2 to 12 days (median 7 days) and then decreased significantly (P <0.05), whereas IL 8 increased from 8 to 19 days after onset (median (P <0.05). IL 6 IL 10 was significantly higher at 2 ~ 12 days (median 7 days) than that at 8 ~ 19 days after onset (median 13 days) And recovery period ratio. Conclusions High concentrations of plasma inflammatory cytokines (IL 12P70, IL 1β, TNFα, IL 6, IL 8) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL 10) suggest severe inflammatory and anti-inflammatory reactions in SARS patients; IL 6 is an early The main inflammatory factor in the inflammatory response may be?
