2013年人民胜利渠在渠首建成了浮箱式泵站,设计流量30 m3/s,由5个独立的浮箱组成,每个浮箱采用四台600ZLB立式轴流泵,单泵流量5400 m3/h,电机采用三相异步电动机,单台功率为90 k W。移动泵站的建成作为引黄应急水源,在两年来的运行中为人民胜利渠灌区做出了巨大贡献,缓解了引水不足引起的供需矛盾,遏制了灌区灌溉面积缩减,促进了灌区和谐发展。移动泵站运行过程中机组会出现时续的严重振动,也有连续振动,经过分析总结振动的规律,找到振动的原因,使泵站得以良性运行。根据声响特点,结合各种现象(如振动、轴温、电流表、压力表指示等)分析采取相应的措施。
In 2013, the People’s Victory Canal built a float-box pumping station at the head. The designed flow rate was 30 m3 / s. During the operation of mobile pump station, there will be serious continuous vibration and continuous vibration. After analyzing and summarizing the law of vibration, the reason of vibration is found out and the pump station can be operated benignly. According to the characteristics of sound, combined with a variety of phenomena (such as vibration, shaft temperature, ammeter, pressure gauge instructions, etc.) to analyze and take appropriate measures.
