黑格尔的《法哲学原理·导论》围绕论述什么是真正意义上的“第二自然”这一问题展开。整章导论分为两条线索:理论的内在逻辑与世界历史的发展规律。黑格尔在承认实定法存在的基础上,以“自由意志”的三个阶段为主要内容,指出构建自由意志的关键在于“扬弃无规定性的自由”。黑格尔的“第二自然”由理性的自由构成,产生出了真正意义上的“人的自然”——国家,并由此构成了他的“世界历史”构想的一部分。
Hegel’s “Principles of Legal Philosophy, An Introduction” revolves around the issue of what is truly “second nature”. The whole chapter is divided into two clues: the internal logic of the theory and the law of the development of world history. On the basis of recognizing the existence of the real law, Hegel regards the three stages of “free will” as the main content and points out that the key to building a free will lies in “discarding freedom without stipulation.” Hegel’s “second nature ” is composed of rational freedom, resulting in a true “human nature ” - the state, and thus constitutes his “world history ” concept Part.
