报导了淡水中绿藻(蛋白核小球藻、小球衣藻、斜生栅藻)、蓝藻(铜绿微囊藻、水华鱼腥藻、变异鱼腥藻)、隐藻(卵形隐藻)、裸藻(中型裸藻、血红裸藻)及硅藻(变异直链藻)等门的10种常见浮游种类的C,N,H元素组成,脂肪、糖、灰分含量以及氨基酸、脂肪酸含量及组成.结果表明,不同藻类之间营养组成差异很大.微囊藻、隐藻蛋白质含量最高,其次为裸藻、绿藻,硅藻最低;氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸含量及主要氨基酸种类,不同藻类之间有差异,但EAA比例相差不大;脂肪酸组成的差异最明显
Reported freshwater green algae (Chlorella pyrenoidosa, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, Obliquus obliquus), cyanobacteria (Microcystis aeruginosa, Anabaena variabilis, Anabaena variabilis), Cryptophyta (Oviform cryptophyta) , Euglena (Echinococcus, Euglena gracilis), and diatom (Strains of algae variatis), and the contents of C, N, H, fat, sugar, ash and contents of amino acids and fatty acids composition.
