高分子聚合物包膜材料降解过程就是主链上化学键的断裂并形成低相对分子质量碎片的过程,采用乌氏粘度计法测定淀粉/聚乙烯醇肥料包膜材料的降解程度。结果表明,膜材料降解40d后粘均分子量从61907降至54036,分子损失率为12.7%;对膜材分子损失率与失重率做相关性分析可知,相关性方程y=2.9144x-0.1471,相关系数R=0.9961>0.990,膜材的分子损失率与膜材的失重率呈极显著相关。
The degradation process of the polymer coating material is the process of breaking the chemical bonds in the main chain and forming low relative molecular weight fragments. The degradation degree of the starch / polyvinyl alcohol fertilizer coating material is determined by the Ubbelohde viscometer method. The results showed that the viscosity-average molecular weight decreased from 61907 to 54036 after 40 days, and the molecular loss rate was 12.7%.
