患者女性,23岁。因活动后胸闷、气短伴午后低热5天入院。查体:胸廓两侧不对称,右侧略饱满,右肺呼吸运动及语颤减弱,右侧叩诊浊音,右肺中下野呼吸音消失,未闻及干湿啰音。超声心动图检查:心脏右侧心包内见9.4 cm×4.8cm大小实性低回声团块,内部回声不均,来源于心包壁层,向下压迫膈肌和肝,心包内可见液性暗区(图1)。心电图示右心室肥厚。CT增强扫描示原右心膈角区团块状混杂密度 Patient female, 23 years old.
