少年时期的训练是运动训练的基础,基础扎实,就为高水平阶段的训练打下了一个良好的基础。文章依据多年训练实践,提出少年摔跤运动员的训练应以高水平竞技需要为导向,及早培养运动员的争夺能力,提高跪撑技术能力,提高站、跪技术的衔接,提高跪撑中提、滚、变向、变位的相互转化能力,重视竞技能力的培养。
