当下,我们的学校或是教师本身似乎过分强调了教师自身的专业提升,而忽略了教师的专业成长总是教师个体自觉与学校群体联动的合成品,是两者同步并进、交互作用的结果。鉴于此,我们提出“生活化作文”项目研究共同体的概念。所谓“项目研究共同体”是指让具有共同意愿、共同志趣的教师自愿组合,通过名师指点、同伴交流,从而对自己的教育思想和教学行为进行反思、重构和扩展,达到个人与项目共同发展,互利共赢、共同提高的研究团队。
