私有财产权的概念是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物,自从人类有了“你我”之分,私有财产权的概念就应运而生了。本文试图分析私有财产权保护的绝对性和有限性,通过对社会发展的不同阶段的概述,从两方面对私有财产权保护进行了论述,从有益于社会整体发展的角度,寻求最佳的契合点。 The concept of private property rights is a product of the development of human society to a certain stage. Since humankind has been divided into “you and me,” the concept of private property has come into being. This article attempts to analyze the absolute and limited protection of private property rights. Through the overview of different stages of social development, the paper discusses the protection of private property rights from two aspects and seeks the best fit point from the perspective of the benefit of the overall development of society.
