目的:探讨唇裂患者术后不同喂养方式的效果。方法:将2010年1月至2011年12月深圳市第二人民医院收治的200例唇裂患者分为两组,每组各100例。对照组患儿采取奶瓶喂养,观察组采取采用汤匙喂养。对比两组患儿伤口愈合情况、家长满意度及患儿接受度。结果:对照组和观察组惠儿伤口愈合甲、乙、丙级例数分别为96、3、1例和98、2、0例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长满意度及患儿接受度均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:汤匙喂养易于接受,对唇裂术后伤口的愈合起到了一定保护作用,有利于术后恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different feeding methods after cleft lip patients. Methods: 200 cases of cleft lip treated in Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The control group of children to take bottle feeding, the observation group to adopt spoon feeding. The wound healing, parents’ satisfaction and children’s acceptance were compared between the two groups. Results: In the control group and observation group, the cases of A, B and C wound healing cases were 96, 3, 1 cases and 98, 2 and 0 cases, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the parents and the acceptance of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The spoon-feeding is easy to accept and plays a protective role in wound healing after cleft lip surgery, which is good for postoperative recovery.
