知识经济时代,人力资源已经成为一种战略性资源,基于人力资源开发管理的人力资源服务业也发展迅速.然而外资的冲击和服务业本身的可替代性导致了人力资源服务业面临挑战.本文从企业核心竞争力角度并运用波特的五力竞争模型分析人力资源服务性企业在行业当中的竞争优势,从而使企业保持一定的市场地位.
In the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have become a strategic resource, and human resources service based on human resources development and management has also been developing rapidly. However, the impact of foreign capital and the substitutability of service itself lead to the challenge of human resource service industry. From the perspective of the core competitiveness of enterprises and using Porter’s five forces competition model to analyze competitive advantage of HR services enterprises in the industry so as to enable the enterprises to maintain a certain market position.
