本文以我省命案发生的主要特点及其原因为切入点,对预防和减少命案的对策进行了探讨,以期真正实现“两降一升”的目标。
Based on the main features of the homicide case in our province and its causes, this article discusses the countermeasures to prevent and reduce the homicide case, with a view to achieving the goal of “reducing one by two”.
