文章采用压电晶体传感器利用卡门涡街原理,设计了一种气体流量测量仪的结构,分别对气体流量测量仪结构的各个部分进行了分析。并对压电晶体产生的电荷信号进行处理,分析和设计各个环节的电路。该流量计所用检测压电元件不接触气体,适于恶劣环境、不易结垢,耐高温、高压、安全防爆,适用于测量封闭管道的气体累计流量和瞬时流量。
In this paper, a piezoelectric gas sensor is used to design the structure of a gas flow meter by using the principle of Karman vortex street. The structures of the gas flow meter are analyzed respectively. And the piezoelectric crystal generated by the charge signal processing, analysis and design of all aspects of the circuit. The flowmeter used to detect the piezoelectric element does not touch the gas, suitable for harsh environments, difficult to scale, high temperature, high pressure, safe explosion-proof, suitable for measuring closed pipe gas cumulative flow and instantaneous flow.
