针对目前我国跨省发电权交易刚刚起步的现状,从分析一次能源分布不均导致不同省份的输煤成本不同,进而对发电成本产生不同影响的特点出发,提出了跨省发电权交易机制煤耗修正系数,在此基础上建立了基于修正后综合煤耗最小的跨省发电权交易模型。以华中区域跨省发电权模拟交易为例,验证了该模型较传统的煤耗最小发电权模型在跨省交易中具有更好的适用性,会带来更大的综合经济效益,可以为完善跨省发电权交易机制提供参考。
