The concept and development of chiral compounds and several resolution methods for obtaining single enantiomers of chiral compounds are briefly introduced. Including: crystal resolution method, chemical resolution method, microbial enzyme resolution method, chromatography method, membrane separation method and electrophoresis technique resolution method. And briefly introduced the application of each method and advantages and disadvantages.
