目的 采用温度当量分 (TEM 4 2 .5℃ )作为热剂量单位 ,评价其与肿瘤缓解率之间的关系 ,找出适合临床应用的热剂量单位。方法 对 4 9例复发或转移的盆腔恶性肿瘤患者采用热疗 (放疗后 30min热疗 ,每次热疗 4 0~ 6 0min ,2次 /周 )联合放疗 (1.8~ 2 .0Gy/次 ,1次 /d ,5次 /周 ) ,并用高电阻铅测温针在肿瘤中心部位单点连续测温。以TEM 4 2 .5℃作为热剂量单位。结果 4 9例患者中 ,完全缓解 (CR) 14例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 2 1例 ,无缓解 (NR) 14例。肿瘤缓解 (CR +PR)率和TEM 4 2 .5℃ ,放疗剂量呈明显正相关 ;肿瘤体积和热疗次数 ,与肿瘤缓解率无相关性。结论 TEM 4 2 .5℃和放疗剂量 ,与肿瘤缓解率呈明显正相关 ,可作为肿瘤热疗联合放疗时的热剂量单位。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between tumor remission rate and the thermal dose unit (TEM 4 2 .5 ℃) as a thermal dosage unit. Methods Forty-nine patients with recurrent or metastatic pelvic malignant tumors were treated with hyperthermia (hyperthermia 30 min after radiotherapy, 40-60 min each time, twice a week) combined with radiotherapy (1.8-2.0 Gy / min, 1 Times / d, 5 times / week), and single-point continuous temperature measurement in the central part of the tumor with high resistance lead thermometer. Take TEM 4 2 .5 ° C as thermal dosage unit. Results Of the 49 patients, 14 had complete remission (CR), 21 had partial remission (PR), and 14 had no remission. The rate of tumor remission (CR + PR) and TEM 42.5 ℃, radiation dose was positively correlated; tumor volume and the number of hyperthermia, and tumor remission rate was not related. Conclusions TEM4 2 .5 ℃ and radiation dose have a positive correlation with tumor remission rate, which can be used as thermal dose units in tumor hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy.
