天津国家会展中心为会展类项目,对室外的承载能力要求很高。项目场地现状是水塘,需要回填,且下层土为深厚的软土,必须进行地基处理才能满足承载力和沉降的要求。这类项目的室外地基处理标准没有明确的规范依据,经过调研、专家论证、技术研究、经济性比较等方法,选择出适当的地基处理方案。最终方案综合考虑了工程地质特点、地基处理技术合理性、施工可行性、建设周期、工程造价等多方面因素,实现了安全可靠、经济合理的目标。
Tianjin Convention and Exhibition Center for the Convention and Exhibition projects, the carrying capacity of the outdoor demanding. The status quo of the project site is a reservoir that needs to be backfilled and the underlying soil is deep soft soil. The foundation treatment must be carried out to meet the requirements of bearing capacity and settlement. There is no clear normative basis for the treatment of outdoor foundation of this kind of project, and the appropriate foundation treatment plan is selected through the methods of investigation, expert demonstration, technical research and economic comparison. The final plan comprehensively considered the engineering geological characteristics, the rationality of foundation treatment technology, construction feasibility, construction period, project cost and many other factors to achieve the goal of safety, reliability and economic rationality.
