对某小流量二氧化碳离心压缩机上的迷宫密封添加了逆向辅助密封齿,分别从辅助装置的高度和安装位置两方面对密封性能的影响进行了三维黏性数值模拟分析。结果表明,添加逆向辅助密封齿对密封的性能有很大的改善:齿高厚比为9时,其泄漏损失系数较基本密封齿型的密封结构下降45%;齿偏移量与厚度比值为4时,其泄漏损失系数较基本密封齿型的密封结构下降47.6%。
The reverse auxiliary sealing tooth was added to the labyrinth seal on a small flow carbon dioxide centrifugal compressor, and the three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation analysis on the sealing performance was carried out respectively from the height of the auxiliary device and the installation position. The results show that the performance of the seal is greatly improved by adding reverse auxiliary sealing teeth: when the ratio of tooth height to thickness is 9, the leakage loss coefficient is 45% lower than that of the sealing structure of the basic sealing tooth; the ratio of the tooth offset to the thickness is 4, the leakage loss coefficient of 47.6% lower than the basic seal structure of the tooth seal.
