科学的水资源管理必须准确地估算陆地生态系统的植被蒸发散量及其水分平衡.因此,植被蒸发散量的估算模型开发一直是陆地生态系统的生态学过程和水资源管理研究的重要领域.该文在依据植被冠层结构特征对自然陆地生态系统的植被类型进行分类的基础上,综合地评述了不同植被冠层类型、不同区域尺度的植被蒸发散模型的研究进展.依据自然陆地生态系统植被冠层的垂直结构和群落的覆被程度,我们将其划分为单层封闭型冠层(OLCC)、单层疏松型冠层(OLS/CC)、多层封闭型冠层(MLCC)及多层疏松型冠层(MLS/CC)4种类型.进而,我们给出了适用于估算这4种类型植被冠层蒸发散的单涌源模型(SSMs)、双涌源模型(DSMs)和多涌源模型(MSMs),并进一步阐述了这些模型中所使用的各种表面阻力的概念及其相互关系,还详细地讨论了植被蒸发散模型中各种阻力的测量和估算方法.
