From December 1988 to December 1996. In our hospital, 16 cases of duodenal papilloma were treated. It accounts for 6% (16/270) of patients with obstructive jaundice in the same period and is confirmed by surgery and pathology. The report is as follows. Clinical data were generally 9 males and 7 females. Age 48 to 67 years, average 52.3 years old. The longest duration is 8 months and the shortest is 1 week.
