目的：提高对恶性外耳道炎（ＭＥＯ）的认识。方法：４例ＭＥＯ患者均于全麻下行耳后进路乳突根治术，胰岛素控制血糖及抗感染治疗。结果：１例痊愈，２例死于颅内感染，１例失访。结论：ＭＥＯ早期诊断有利于治疗。按Ｋｒａｕｓ临床分期法Ⅰ期疗效良好，Ⅱ～Ⅲ期疗效不佳。糖尿病伴绿脓杆菌感染者多死于颅内感染
Objective: To improve the understanding of malignant otitis externa (MEO). Methods: Four patients with MEO underwent mastoidectomy under general anesthesia. Insulin was used to control blood sugar and anti-infective therapy. Results: One patient recovered, two died of intracranial infection, and one lost follow-up. Conclusion: Early diagnosis of MEO is beneficial to the treatment. According to Kraus clinical staging method Ⅰ good effect, Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ curative effect is not good. Diabetic patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa and more died of intracranial infection
